Seeking the Truth - or at least try to make sense of it.
Starting in 1990, I started to become aware of a different set of standards of communication than what I was accustom to in all other areas of my life. Where was Shakespeare when I needed him. Foul was fair and fair was foul. My words were twisted from the intent of what I was trying to communicate. When I tried to hold some people accountable for what they said, I was countlessly in the middle of a misunderstanding. After years of trying to make sense of a process that should make sense, I have come to realize it was by design. I have been told many times that I use a broad brush attack. I have been told many times that I was complaining about an isolated incident. I will use the absurd to illustrate the absurd. Please send me the calibration device that measures the width of the brush. Please tell me how many incidents it takes to move out of category of isolated.
Feel free to comment or send me information. In other words, prove me wrong. I would welcome it. I am out of the system, but there are many others that are still in it. I know many of them are trying to make sense of it too.

I thought the woman who wondered why an experienced administrator would have to be told not to engage in intimidation.
Doesn't it sound like there was evidence to suggest that intimidation HAD been employed? Otherwise why would she have to be admonished to cease it.
The guy who spoke first was great. They were all very convincing.
Notice how the superintendent blew off the suggestion that the principal be excluded from the meeting?
Teachers would be thrown under the bus if parents signed a petition like that.
They are protecting her. I do not understand why.
I thought the speakers did as well as any public input could be.
We have to wait and see the outcome on this one.
The District is loathe to make amends because it admits weakness and wrongdoing.
My prediction, as I have already made, is that the current Principal will be given a "promotion" to get her away from direct contact with the public.
It happens "all the time".
Word is she already turned down a promotion and dug her heels in to Alafia - she is not one to like being told what to do.
